SMIv2 requires that every accessible OBJECT-TYPE or NOTIFICATION-TYPE
definition is mentioned in at least one OBJECT-GROUP or NOTIFICATION-GROUP
statement, respectively. You have not got any such a GROUP definition
in your MIB, so that is the error.
