using of snmpGroup

Hi!


I a developing a v1 and v2c agent that currently implements managed objects 
specific to our product. This agent itself is a component for which there 
will be many instances on a system/host which are aggregated by a proxy.

My question is whether each of my agents need/should implement the 
snmpGroup? Should my proxy implement this group? It is possible that there 
will be another agent on the machine which implements mib-II - the mibiisa 
agent on Solaris.
