How to design agent++ for SNMPv1v2 responding

How to use agent++v3.4.1b.tar.gz with snmp++v3.0l.tar.gz to design snmp-agent for service
SNMPv1v2 requests
I bulid all examples of agent++ from your distributive but anyone not responding to
snmpwalk ... why?
