New Patches for AGENT++v3.3 and SNMP++

Hi,

just uploaded AGENT++v3.3c with the following CHANGES:

* Fixed: OidList::find_lower and OidList::find_upper did
  not find the correct entries in all cases. This could
  have had an impact on the GETNEXT and GETBULK processing.

and SNMP++v3.0 with the following  fix:

- uxsnmp.cpp: line 656-660

  Added WSACleanup() routine for NT.
