agent++ 2.13d/3.3c

Hi Lei,

from my point of view, v3.3c is more stable and more advanced
than v2.x. All fixes in 2.x should be in v3.3, too.
So, I would suggest to use v3.3 in any case (except you need to
build a NT sub-agent).
