Depends on what you mean by "supports". You can implement the ETHER-MIB
with the AGENT++ framework, but there is no ready to go implementation.

But with the AgentX support you may use any AgentX capable subagent
which implements the ETHER-MIB (may be the UCD snmp agent does?) to 
support this MIB in your AGENT++ agent.
