Company needs MIB compiler

Hi Frank,

My company is developing a SNMP management module.

We are very interested in SNMP++/Agent++.
But we need MIB compiler, which can create objects and fill parameters of them
at run time,
and for final users important to have DESCRIPTIONs, not only OID with values.
 I would be grateful if you could send me any technical and license information.
