Linking Error

I installed the AGENT++ 2.13b in NT I am using Visual C++ v.6
when I am trying to built an Example I got this error

Linking...
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "snmp_pp_agent.lib"
Error executing link.exe.

Where can I get this snmp_pp_agent.lib, I didnt find this file in my system.
