NEWS: AgentGen Available for Download

These are the NEWS:

* AgentGen v1.4 Standard can now be downloaded
   from http://www.fock.de/agent++

* The AgentGen email service will be up again on
   Thursday (2000-06-29) at 10:00 MET.

* AgentX++ Beta has been updated.

* AGENT++v3.4f with the following fixes:

   - Fixed: Unclosed LOG_BEGIN, LOG_END in MibProxyV3.

   - Changed logging macros to open their own scope,
      which helps detecting unclosed LOGS.

   - Fixed: Added bound checks to Log::set_filter
