AGENT++v3.4 Requirements

Please read this if you have compilation problems with AGENT++v3.4.
This applies especially if the following functions are missing:

mpIncSnmpUnknownSecurityModels()
mpIncSnmpUnknownPDUHandlers()
mpIncSnmpInvalidMsgs()

Because I have to realize that a lot of people do not like reading
READMEs (I am one of them ;-), here are the SNMP++
requirements for AGENT++v.3.4:

* RSAEURO library


In order to use AGENT++v3.4 without SNMPv3 support
undefine _SNMPv3 in the agent++.h header file.
