Q:On MibTable

Hi,
I have Implemented a MibTable with OID .....13.1. To add/delete rows
dynamicaly
i have overriden the function is_empty() . But  when snmpwalk is made on

...13 , the control is coming to is_empty() function but if it is made
on 13.1 and
if there are no rows , the control is not coming to this function .
Any reason for this ? How to solve this problem ?
