where to get SNMP++v3.0 or later...

Hello,

I'm Betty Lin. I want to use Agent++ to develop a SNMP Agent. Currently,
I've downloaded the Agent++v3.4.2 which needs SNMP++v3.0 or later. I was
trying to download SNMP++v3.0 from the SNMP++ open source site
http://rosegarden.external.hp.com/snmp++, but this site is no longer exsit.
I'm wonderfing if you know where I can get SNMP++v3.0 or later version, so
that I can continue to try on the Agent++, see how it works. Please advise
me.
