NT help

I just built both (agent++ and snmp++) on Windows NT today. I followed the
instructions from a mailing list article dated Jul 11 2000 and the subject
(building snmp++ and agent++ libraries).

Is there one place where there are build instructions for NT for the
snmp++/agent directory? The version I have
has a Solaris and a Linux Makefile, but nothing for NT.
