[Q] SNMP++V3.0.1 for WIN32

Hi Hiro,

The bugs you found apply only to those who use SNMP++'s
asynchronous interfaces. When using synchronous requests
only, no changes are necessary. That's why I did not found
the bugs. AGENT++ uses sync requests only.

Nevertheless, thanks for reporting! These issues will be fixed
with the next update.
