NotificationOriginator bug???

Is the following a bug in the NotoficationOriginators:

I use the method:
	generate(vbx*, int, oid, timestamp, context)

I set the oid and timestamp to new values, and somehow when I dump the
generated trap (which is V2 formatted). I get duplicates vbs for the
enterprise id and timestamp.
