Removing notification destinations

This is what I tried to explain. You may use the add_row / remove_row
methods
of the MIBs implementations to add / remove trap destinations. Since
there
are many usages of the described MIBs it makes no sense (to me) to
define
a single interface for it. So there is no need to configure destinations
(targets)
via SNMP.
