We have downloaded SNMP++ v3.1.3i

It runs well in Win 2000.

But it cannot work in Win NT, in particular, the following methods cannot work:

     DLLOPT friend Counter64 operator+( unsigned long ul, const Counter64 &c64);
     DLLOPT friend Counter64 operator-( unsigned long ul, const Counter64 &c64);

declared and defined under ctr64.h, ctr64.cpp

How can this be retified?
