MibProxy CPU issue ?

Hi,
Ive noticed that if I execute a request to a sub agent (via the MibProxy)
and the sub agent is not running the agent process CPU can get to ~100%
In my case I'm running two agents UCDavis (sub agent) and agent++ (master
agent). If the sub agent is down and the request is part of the MibProxy
oid's tree the CPU jumps (When the MibProxy request returns status (-5) the
CPU starts to drop back again).
Is there a way to avoid that ?
Thanks
