Update: AgentX++v1.4c/AGENT++v3.5c

AgentX++v1.4 and AGENT++v3.5 have been updated to
fix the following bugs related with AgentX++ master agents:

* Fixed: Possible crash when unregistering
  subagent that does not send close PDU or
  does not wait for its response.
* Fixed: Possible deadlock when subagent is
  unregistered while processing SET requests.
* Fixed: Master agent crashed when processing
  GETBULK requests on multiple subagents.

Please note that when registering a NET-SNMP 4.2.1
AgentX subagent with an AgentX++ master agent,
that master agent should be compiled with
MAX_AGENTX_REPETITIONS set to 1, because
the NET-SNMP subagent does not handle AgentX
BULK requests correctly. Otherwise the master may
crash or return invalid results.
