Question about Agent++

Hello,

I have a basic question.  Is there any documentation
on this that explains exactly what this is, example
agents, how to compile it under linux.....(in some
text files it mentions you need SNMP++3??? How does
that work)

I read through the text files and there didn't seem to
be a clear explanation of this.  Am I looking in the
wrong place??
