multithreaded conflict

Hi,
I'm using two APIs at the same time in my program ( Agent++ and ACE). Unfortunately, Agent++ needs Debug Multithreaded run-time version, while ACE needs Dubug Multithreaded DLL run-time version to be set in Project settings (MSVC++ 6.0). During execution on creating Mib object (object = new Mib(); )run time error occurs. So, i wonder if there is maybe debug multithreaded run-time version of Agent++ and SNMP++ APIs.
