Agent Gen 2.0 problems

Thanks for your prompt reply to last set of problems. 
Here are a few more ...

1. The new code generation templates do not seem to
generate code for SNMP traps . I am missing those both
from .cpp and .h files.

2. The code generation tool disregards the setting for
withModuleName=no
I always get module name prefixed in the generated code.

3. lightTables=no option doesn't seem to work either
for read only tables 

Let me know if there are workarounds / fixes already available.
