HPUX 11 and snmp daemon

Hello,
	I have created a simple trap receiver using snmp++ (great lib by the
way) and cannot bind to port 162 on my hpux 11 system.  Looking at
/etc/services there is the following entry:  

	snmp-trap    162/udp  trapd          # Simple Network Management
Protocol Traps

	Are there any HPUX gurus out there that can tell me what exactly
this app is and how to disable it?
