Hi,
The direct get will not work for table attribute.
Assume that table has the oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.1.1.2.224(denote as X).
Row Y = X.1
   Index X.1 X.2
X.3
	    Col 1 Col 2 Col3
    1
    2
    3

To get the value of col1 in first row u have to use oid: Y.1
For col1,2nd row :Y.2.1
For Col1,3rd row :Y.3.1
It may help u to get the table values.

Subject:	Subagent context question

I didn't get any folow up to my last post so I've carried on but am still
stumped by the master and subagent example and how to get the information
from it.

There's a line of code in the master agent that adds 'an empty context, so a
subagent can register its objects within this context' which is called
"subagent" and then in the subagent code it adds 'a static table to the
"subagent" context'.

How/what would be a suitable invocation of snmpGet to obtain some
information from that table?

e.g. snmpGet 127.0.0.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.1.1.2.224 (which just returns
'Variable does not exist')

I can get the other information that's not in the table easily enough.

e.g. snmpGet 127.0.0.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.1.2.0 (which returns a value)

Cheers,
Mike
