Compilation errors with current (new) AgentX++ version

Hi Christel,

Yes, there were these compilation problems without _SNMPv3 defined.
Enclosing them in #ifdef _SNMPv3 & #endif fixes the problem. You can
download the fixed version from
http://www.agentpp.com/agentX++v1.4.1a.tar.gz

It includes also a fix for registering the same region for two different
contexts.
