AgentGen 1.5 problem with notifications

I am generating code for a custom SMI V2 mib containing notifications. I am
also building SNMP++ & Agent++ for SNMPV2c - _SNMPv3 is not defined.
Unfortunately AgentGen V1.5 (standard) generates a cpp module for my mib
which brackets the notification stub code with #ifdef _SNMPv3 .... #endif
 
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I have also run the MIB
successfully through MIBdesigner, so it seems to be correct.
