AgenPro2.0 compiling a repository

Hi Henning,
No I just compiled the whole directory by selecting the directory in
the Compile new MIBs dialogue box. I have just tried compiling the -TC file
on its own and get the following error:

Syntax Error encountered SerialNumber ::= TEXTUAL-CONVENTION was
expecting......(and then a whole list of stuff none of it mentioning
TEXTUAL-CONVENTION)

Any ideas why this is? The start of the file is the same as the start of the
SNMPv2-TC-rfc2579.txt and that compiles OK.

Sorry for all the questions - that's what comes of being new to this.

Cheers,
Neil

Hi Neil,

I havn't used used AgenPro for some time but I remember that the order in
which the
MIB files are compiled into the repository is important. Simply having the
respective file
in the same directory shouldn't be enough.
Did you compile QUANTUMBEAM-TC.txt into the repository _before_ trying to
compile
QUANTUMBEAM-MLINK-MIB DEFINITIONS ?

Greetings,
Henning
