No error when RowStatus=destroy and row does not exist

Hi,

We have noticed that if we try to destroy a row that does not exist (set
RowStatus=destroy), no error is returned (in the tested case, it was
usmUserTable). Is this correct behavior?. Agent++ version is 3.5.12c.
