[AGENT++] Agent++ and OpenSSL

I asked about this several months ago, but never managed to get it
working..

Can Agent++/Snmp++ use OpenSSL?

[For SNMP v3, I'd like to use crypto hardware when it's present on the
target.  OpenSSL seems like a reasonable way to do this, if there is any
way to make it work with Agent++.  Other ways to get to this same end
result would work as well, though.]
