* New abstract base class for traps
   (NotificationType)
* New abstract base class NotificationSender
   that defines a unique interface for sending
   notifications, regardless which subagent API
   (AgentX++, Agent++Win32) is used.

* Master agent performance improvents for
   GETBULK and GETNEXT request processing,

* New code generation templates for AGENT++v3.5.10.
   Although the old templates can still be used with
   AGENT++v3.5.10, the new templates make use of the
