inlines in MibTableRow

   Hi Frank,

      	I sent this request some time ago, but it does not seem to have
made it into the code base. I am almost sure I saw the fix in one of the
snapshots, and then it disappeared again.
	The operators <, > and == in MibTableRow are declared inline, but
the implementations are in different translation unit, causing the link to
fail with GCC 3.1 and VC6 (release mode).
	Is it possible to patch this ?
