Questions for agent targeting on Windows platfrom by using bcc32

I am wondering if anyone has built the agent by using bcc32. If so, I
will appreciate if you can share the experience. I have all kinds of
error when I try to build libdes.lib and crypt.lib. 
 
Also, If I just want to build a SNMPv1/SNMPV2c agent, do I need to
bother at all to build those two libs?
