Questions for agent targeting on Windows platfrom by using bcc32

Frank, thank you for the very helpful information. 

Now I am trying to build the ATM-MIB agent (one of the example) by using
bcc32. I could not come up with a correct makefile, do you have such a
make file or maybe you know  good resource/website for makefile which
use bcc32?

No, if you do not want to use SNMPv3, then #undef _SNMPv3
in snmp++/include/config.h and you will not need libdes or
crypt.
