Agentpp namespace troubles while upgrading from 3.4.2

Hi Martin,

I could not image why you got into the namespace
trouble, but as a fall back you can disable
the namespace support at all, by editing the
agent++/include/agent++.h file (undefine
AGENTPP_NAMESPACE).
