Using a Port <= 1024 for SNMP-Agent under Linux 7.1

Hi there,

Linux (as well as Unix in general) will allow port allocations under port
number 1024 only when done with root privilege.So, unless you can have your
program run with root uid, you will have to go for a port number > 1024...
