AGENT++ does differ from the "broken" design in a single case,
by design (RFC) notInService rows should be removed by the agent
after some time (default 5min.). I think this is a real problem, for which
I cannot find any reasoning. That's why AGENT++ does only automatically
remove notReady rows after 5min without any SET activity on that row.
