[AGENT++] snmp++ compiling problems with openssl

this should not be a problem, as the current version of OpenSSL still 
has backward compatibility macros/functions.

You don't need libdes, if you configure snmp++ to use OpenSSL.

The Makefile for consoleExamples misses a -lcrypto for the linker.
