Microsoft's RFC1156.DLL uses the Registry.  SysObjectID is gotten from...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP\Parameters\RFC1156Agent]
    "sysObjectID"="<whatever OID you want goes here>"
