[AGENT++] SNMP++: Trap error (-21): Transport is in use

	Hello, I’m trying to set up my qt browser for receiving traps,
using the modified QtExample. It keeps saying to me that Transport is in
use for port 162. There are other porst for example 1061 that works but
for the majority of them it keep saying: Error register for traps (-21):
SNMP++: Transport is in use. What I could be doing wrong?. Thanks.
