[AGENT++] Header filename scoping?

Hi!
Trying to use the AgentX++ libs and stumbling a bit upon the header 
filenames. Some but not all headerfiles are scoped with some prefix.

* Can we expect the other ones to be scoped with some nice prefix as 
well in some not so far away future?
* When implementing an AgentX subagent do I need to access anything 
below the Agent(X)++ layer?
* What I can see the snmp++ headerfiles are not scoped in anyway. Is it 
OK to put them on some include directory like this: 
<somepath>/include/snmp_pp/<all snmp++ headers>?
