[AGENT++] changing community in notifications/traps

Hi,

Both NotificationOriginator::add_v1_trap_destination and
NotificationOriginator::add_v2_trap_destination are hard coding
community to 'public'.

What is the best way to change this? I think just deriving a class that
changes the above mentioned methods should do. ( where community name
can be taken as a parameter ).
