[AGENT++] AGENT++ Updated for WIN32 Users

Greetings, AGENT++ Users,

I have updated AGENT++ to v3.5.16a. The new version fixes
a possible deadlock (race condition) in the WIN32 specific code.
If you are using an older version and do not want to update, you
can take a closer look at new implementation of the following
methods:
   
    request.cpp:Request::~Request
    and
    threads.cpp:LockQueue::run()
