[AGENT++] memory leak in agentpp

Thanks for the response.

The trace shows that "new" throws exception which is uncaught. 
one of the reasons new will fail is, out of memory.

my raw guess.

Could you throw more light on the point of synchronization you have
mentioned. I don't get a clue.
