[AGENT++] SNMP request timed out

Hello,

Recently we migrated from:
snmp++v3.2.15    -> snmp++v3.2.17 (with TripleDES)
agent++v3.5.22c  -> agent++v3.5.23a (with TripleDES)

Note: I remind you that TripleDES has been added by myself with the help of
Jochen

We are running the agent on Linux platform, here is the result of the
cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3 (Taroon Update 5)

We are running two agents:
- one compiled and linked with snmp++v3.2.15/agent++v3.5.22c and the other one
compiled and linked with snmp++v3.2.17/agent++v3.5.23a

The "old" agent works just fine with SNMPv1, SNMPv2 and SNMPv3.

The "new" agent works for SNMPv3 but not for SNMPv1/SNMPv2, everytime we got a
SNMP Timed out error. See the attached files (xxx_v3.2.17.log)

Of course this could be a side effect of the work we did on TripleDES but
before re-installing an "official" snmp++v3.2.17/agent++v3.5.23a (without
TripleDES)I'm just wondering if you can have a look at the trace files and also
if you're aware of a problem with SNMPv1 and this release of SNMP++ on red-hat.
