[AGENT++] SNMP: Request Timeout

Hello,

To "solve" the problem we commented out the following line inside the
agent.cpp:

mib.add(new snmp_community_mib());

It seems that the "previous" comment: (Not added by default) is not anymore
valid?
Or at least explicitly adding this line inside the agent leads to the problem I
described yesterday (Request Timeout on the client and RequestList: v1/v2c bad
community (com)(rid): : (public), ... in the server).

Our agent is now working with SNMPv1, SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 + TripleDES on Linux
and HPUX,
Do you have any comment?
