[AGENT++] compile agentpp with cygwin under win server 2003

hi,
i'm a newbie to agentpp and trying to get started with it. can anybody tell 
me some good information on how to compile the agent++ and agent-x under win 
2003 server with cygwin? there is a makefile for cygwin in agent++ but i 
dont know which makefile is for the windows plattform in snmp++ and in 
agent++ folder.
If anyone has exprience in compiling the package under windows with cygwin 
please help me
