The green color indicates a node in the MIB tree for which properties 
have been defined.
By default this is the iso node. But you can add/define properties to 
any node and
any number of nodes.

This should also work by editing the setting for the "iso" node.

You cannot edit properties defined for parent (ancestors) nodes. Nodes 
inherit their
properties to their child nodes. Nevertheless child nodes may add the 
same property
with a different value which then overwrites the inherited value.

Hope this clarifies the philosophy behind it.
