[AGENT++] Access violation in Proxy Forwarder Example

Hi,

I discovered a problem with the Proxy Forwarder example. During the initialization the application crashes.
The crash occurs in the method get_new_snmp which is newly added to SnmpRequest class when calling 

  UdpAddress addr = Mib::instance->get_request_list()->get_snmp()->get_listen_address(); 

The IP address seems to be somehow invalid.
