[AGENT++] MT-safety of get_printable() -- yet another approach

Hi all,

at first I will modify all get_printable() functions to the behaviour of 
the Address classes: only modify the buffer if the object was changed.

The possible next step (maybe more comments on the list will change 
this) would be to add a real in-any-case mt-safe get_printable() function.
