[AGENT++] Free Upgrades to MIB Designer 2.x and MIB Explorer 2.x

Customers who have purchased MIB Explorer 1.x or
MIB Designer 1.x on or after May 1, 2005 are eligible
for a free upgrade to the corresponding 2.0 version.

Key new features of MIB Designer will be an improved
MIB compiler that is able to report all errors of the parsed
MIB files.

Key new features of MIB Explorer 2.0 will be:
* Improved MIB compiler with multiple reporting of multiple
errors per file.
* TCP support.
* AES privacy.
* Improved preferences and target configuration.
